{Pop} Culture Night - Friday 21st September, 6pm - 8pm - FREE EVENT

What does Culture mean to you? Theatre, Music, Poetry? What if we told you it could be a comic strip, colourful bricks or even an animated cartoon… Join us for an evening of Pop Culture where you will experience something a little different. View amazingly produced LEGO models, create your own brick work of art, chat to a cartoon illustrator or even experience an Anime short. Come to Nenagh Arts Centre this Culture Night for an evening of {Pop} Culture, suitable for all the
family.

Any Pop Culture Night wouldn't be complete without a Japanese Anime and we've chosen the lovable series Tonari no Seki-kun: The Master of Killing Time.

Class is in session at a certain high school. While the teacher isn't looking, a boy named Seki-kun is playing games by himself on his desk, while the girl who sits next to him, Yokoi-san, often finds herself getting reluctantly interested in his games, even though they always seem to end up getting HER in trouble with the teacher!

Each anime is just 7 minutes long, pop in and out of the theatre and watch as many as you like.
