Child Safeguarding Statement
Nenagh Arts Centre is committed to the implementation of this Child Safeguarding Statement and the accompanying child protection policies and procedures that support our intention to keep children safe from harm while availing of our service. It has been provided to all staff, volunteers and any other persons involved with the service. It is readily accessible to parents and guardians on request.

Privacy Policy
At Nenagh Arts Centre we respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulations, as enacted in the Data Protection Bill 2018. This Privacy Policy aims to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it and how long we retain it for.

Disabled Access
Please tell us when booking if you have any special requirements and we will do our very best to facilitate you. Wheelchair spaces are available in the theatre and must be allocated at the time of booking.

 

Refund policy

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless an event is cancelled.

Concession Policy
Concessions are available to students, under 18’s, the unemployed and senior citizens on certain shows. A discount of 10% is available for groups of ten or more to certain productions. (Please check with the Box Office at time of booking). Please contact reception@nenagharts.com for more information.

Cancellation Policy
Should an event be cancelled, you will be offered a full refund. In relation to tickets purchased online, in the event of a cancellation please allow 5 – 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Latecomer’s Policy
Nenagh Arts Centre endeavours to limit disturbances to fellow audience members and artists at all times. Latecomers may only be admitted if there is a suitable break in the performance and this may not be possible once the performance has started. This is at the discretion of the front of house manager.

Children Policy
All children, including infants (under 2), must have a ticket for a seat to comply with fire regulations. The ticket is complimentary. Please advise box office at time of booking.
