Comedian, broadcaster and author Bernard O’Shea brings his hit stand up show ‘Desperate House Husband’ to Nenagh Arts Centre for an evening of sharp observations, relatable stories and plenty of laughs.

Best known for his work on Irish television and radio, Bernard turns his attention to the chaos, comedy and occasional absurdity of modern family life. From battles with household appliances that seem determined to sabotage him, to the never ending quest for a decent night’s sleep, Desperate House Husband is a hilarious look at the realities of stay at home parenting and domestic survival.

Packed with Bernard’s trademark wit and storytelling, the show explores the everyday moments that every parent will recognise, transforming them into laugh out loud comedy. Expect tales of covert playground missions, family mishaps, and the challenges of navigating life, marriage and parenthood in the modern age.

Joining Bernard on the night is special guest support act Dermot McMorrow.

A must-see evening for parents, partners and anyone who enjoys great Irish comedy.
