Beginners classes start with the basics, demonstrating and encouraging correct breathing, posture and form in each of the core poses with examples of modifications when working with an injury or muscle restriction. Flow Classes bring together various sequences of poses of continuous movement including how to transition safely and seamlessly from one to the other. All classes are open to all levels as students are encouraged to practise according to their ability.
Ultimately yoga is about self-enquiry, understanding & accepting abilities and limitations through posture and breathing practises. In this understanding and acceptance, a fantastic state of peace occurs. We then finish a yoga class wiser, stronger, more accepting and more present.
