Dromineer Nenagh Literary Festival is proud to present this masterclass in which you will turn sparks of inspiration into stories readers can’t put down. In this lively, hands-on workshop, award-winning novelist and writing mentor Sarah Moore Fitzgerald shares clear, evidence-based strategies for:

– Plot and structure: shape ideas into page-turning arcs that hold together from first scene to final line
– Voice: discover techniques that make your storytelling sound unmistakably yours
– Craft: use practical tools for tightening prose, deepening character and creating vivid, memorable moments

During this workshop Sarah will share insights, give short, focused exercises and provide a take-home toolkit you can keep refining long after the session ends. Suitable for writers of fiction, short story, memoir or narrative non-fiction at any stage in their journey.

Sarah Moore Fitzgerald is a Professor at the University of Limerick, where she directs both the MA in Creative Writing and the UL Creative Writing Winter School.
