As part of The Coming of Spring Tradfest Nenagh, presented by Conradh na Gaeilge, join acclaimed Connemara siblings Séamus and Caoimhe Uí Fhlatharta for a special evening of traditional song and music.
Ag teacht ó Ghaeltacht Chonamara, Séamus and Caoimhe are celebrated for their beautiful sean-nós singing and distinctive arrangements of both Irish and English language songs. Their 2022 performance of the soulful lament Anach Cuain captured audiences around the world, bringing their music to a much wider audience.
Both accomplished multi instrumentalists, they keep the Irish language and their cultural heritage at the heart of everything they do. Their self-titled debut EP, released in 2023, was produced by Brian Whelan and Riverdance composer Bill Whelan.
Their talent has earned them considerable recognition, including the RTÉ Folk Award for Best Emerging Artists in 2024 and the title of TG4 Young Musicians of the Year in 2026.
Le ceol, amhráin agus oidhreacht na hÉireann at its heart, this promises to be a wonderful evening celebrating the richness and vitality of traditional Irish music and song.
