A space for crafters and wannabe crafters in Nenagh.
Share your love of textile crafts, repairing or up-cycling. This informal workshop is an ongoing group where we support one another with our mending, alterations, knitting, embroidery and other textile crafts. Materials, support, inspiration and a cuppa are all available for FREE!
Bring a project you are working on, or bring clothes that you want to repair. Or simply bring yourself, materials, ideas and cups of tea are available free of charge. All welcome, no previous skill required.
A crafters get together, for people to share their enthusiasms, skills, social time and materials. It is also about encouraging the repair of clothing and textile objects to prolong use and discourage unnecessary consumption.

Saturday May 2nd: 2pm – 4pm: Craft Materials Bring and Swap If you love crafting, you probably have materials that you thought you’d use one day taking up space in the press. Clean out that unused stash and share it with others who love crafting too. Be warned, you might go home with some of their shared materials! If you wish to donate craft materials that you no longer use please turn up as close to 2pm as possible or contact craftsharenenagh@gmail.com. Alternatively you can donate materials by bringing them to the box office in Nenagh Arts Centre, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Craft Share & Repair is about celebrating craft in its glorious and broadest sense and to encourage crafters to get together, share their enthusiasms, skills, social time and materials.
To also encourage people to repair their clothing and textile objects to prolong use and discourage unnecessary consumption.
No booking required!
The workshops are drop-in social sessions, not taught classes.
You are welcome to come for as little or as long as you like between 10 and 1.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
