Discover the ancient art of Qigong with this welcoming two-hour workshop designed for complete beginners and those looking to deepen their existing practice.

Led by Kim Morkan of Tipperary Wellness, this workshop introduces participants to the renowned Ba Duan Jin or Eight Silk Brocades – one of the most widely practised and respected Qigong forms in the world. Known as the “Eight Treasures”, these gentle yet powerful movements help cultivate balance, strength, flexibility and wellbeing through mindful movement and breath.

Each of the eight movements can be practised individually or linked together as a flowing sequence, creating a powerful foundation for a lifelong Qigong practice. Suitable for all ages and abilities, the workshop offers an accessible introduction to mindful movement while helping to improve mobility, reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing.

Whether you are completely new to Qigong or looking to reconnect with an existing practice, this workshop provides a supportive and relaxed environment in which to learn.

No previous experience is required.

Continue Your Practice: Breathe & Flow Qigong

Following the workshop, participants are invited to continue their Qigong journey with Breathe & Flow, a four-week series of weekly classes beginning on Sunday September 27th.
