Nenagh Youth Theatre is back! 🎭
We’re delighted to welcome a new group of young people to join our Youth Theatre team.
Our NYT Players Group is for young people aged 12-18 who are interested in creating theatre, meeting new people, trying new things and, most importantly, having fun! The NYT Players meet every Saturday from 10am-12pm at Nenagh Arts Centre, where they’ll explore different elements of theatre, develop their acting skills and create and perform together. The programme is designed for young people who want to explore all aspects of theatre in a fun, fast-paced and supportive environment. During the second term, the group will work with a guest director to rehearse and stage a full theatre production.
Open Days
Our Open Days will take place on Saturday 26th September and Saturday 10th October. If you are interested in joining Nenagh Youth Theatre, please complete the registration form for new members below as early as possible. Attendance at one of the Open Days is required for all prospective members.
As places are limited, we may not be able to offer a place to everyone who registers. However, we will do our very best to accommodate as many young people as possible.
We believe that every young person should have the opportunity to participate in Nenagh Youth Theatre. For those who choose to proceed with membership following the Open Day, the annual membership fee is €100. If this fee presents a difficulty, please get in touch with us. Flexible payment options are available, and a number of bursaries are offered each year to support members who may need financial assistance.

Nenagh Youth Theatre is a member of the Youth Theatre Ireland.
