'Our Heritage, Our History, Our Home' is a creative writing performance project that explores Nenagh, local history and local stories.
DNLF are delighted to welcome Booker Prize winning author and screenwriter, John Banville, for our summer event in the beautiful setting of Tullamore Park. Professor Sarah Moore Fitzgerald director of UL’s Creative Writing School will be the moderator.
In this sound-packed, illustrative talk, Seán Ronayne will bring you on a beautiful journey through Irish birds, sharing their sounds, stories and struggles.
Join local artist, Seán Ferry, for an 'en plein air' drawing workshop. Participants will be looking to Nenagh Castle as their subject and inspiration. This workshop is part of Nenagh Arts Centre's Heritage week celebrations. Join us in celebrating all aspects of our built, natural and cultural heritage for National Heritage Week 2025.
