Gerri O'Brien's artistic practice crosses the definable categories of Art, Craft and Design, where she predominantly employs hand-stitch to explore pertinent issues relating to the human condition and socio-political subjects including identity, disability and encroachment.

Through her art, Melissa Ryan aim to spark the viewer’s imagination and evoke a sense of joy and wonder. Her inspiration is drawn from two deeply personal landscapes—life on her farm in Ireland and her early years growing up in the Australian bush.
