Assembling posters for exhibition, final printmaking workshop with Mná na nEalain, Wednesday, 9th October, 6 – 8pm, FREE
Join artists and members of Mná na nEalaín collective Sibéal Riordan and Carol Kennedy, for their
final workshop as part of the collectives year long collaborative workshop taking Inspiration from
feminist protest posters from 1974 – 1990. Participants will create and collaborate to create a series of
works taking inspiration from posters of particular interest to them.
The focus of this workshop will be gathering all the works made by participants of previous
workshops to create 20 final poster designs which will be exhibited in Nenagh Arts Centre on
the 14th of November 2024.
This workshop is suitable for anyone aged from 10 – 100 and is a free event. We encourage
participants to experiment, have fun and create a number of different prints.
