My textile work is based on the romantic landscape of the "Old Ireland" with a modern twist. The cottages of old, the fleeting landscapes, rolling green hills and flowing rivers. The nature that is all around us and we walk past everyday.
Each piece is individual. Recycled clothing, fabric and mixed media are used. Hand and machine embroidery gives desired effect. Sewn onto water colour painted fabric.
